Hello, everybody!

Well, my trip to Paris this year was not all about fun and walking around πŸ™‚
I went there with a specific goal in Β mind – running 6.7 km @Β La Parisienne 2014.
I will not get into all the details here, because you can find everything you need
to know about the event on their site.
Anyway, around 40000 women registered to run in the event and around 32000 actually ran.
Pretty impressive and a very nice atmosphere to see so many people (women πŸ™‚ gathered
and ready to run.
I was so nervous because I did not train enough and I was only able
to run 5 km and then I had to rest.
I don’t know exactly what happened there, but all I know is that I did not stop running
until the finish line. I manage to finish the race (all 6.7 km) in 45.15 min and for that I am
very proud of myself πŸ™‚
Here are some pics from the event.

Enjoy!

A dad dressed as a proud mom I think πŸ™‚

Costumes πŸ™‚

A grandma πŸ™‚
And she was not the only one πŸ™‚

And here I am while running πŸ™‚ – the girl in the background, not the one in front πŸ™‚
Don’t mind my face please πŸ™‚

2 more photos while running – kinda of a bad resolution unfortunately
Again – don’t mind my face πŸ™‚
Just think this: run, Forest, run! πŸ™‚
And here is my proud face at the end πŸ™‚

And the real proof – my timing on the site πŸ™‚

Long live the green!
